All shipments are sent with DHL.
Within Germany:
Delivery takes place within 2-5 working days.
From an order value of 50 € we deliver free of charge.
For orders up to €49.99, the delivery charge is €5.90.

Rest of Europe:
Delivery within 5-10 working days  
The delivery charge is €14.90.

Returns:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@ame-gonzalez.com and we will send you a shipping label.
Returns must be made within 15 working days. As we are a small company, we ask you to cover the shipping costs and send the goods to this address:
